Hi my name is Carolina and I am the Head Chef at the Gasthaus. If you have any suggestions for my blog page, please feel free to email the Gasthaus. Currently it is difficult to set time aside to present some of our dishes due to staff shortages but i believe things will get better and return to some semblance of normality. These recipes are fantastic ways to use a fridge full of organic vegetables before they spoil, especially because measurements really aren’t required. Use as many or as few vegetables as you need, and freeze the leftovers for later.
